Here at AnnaLouiseCoaching we are primarily focussed on the health and happiness of women above all else. 

 

We are all individual and have our own specific needs, wants and preferences, to that end we will implement long and short term goal setting, food diary analysis, individualised weekly targets and goals as well as group challenges too with the rest of my wonderful clients.

 

I use evidence-based approaches, client and personal experience in everything that I do and encourage a relaxed approach and a strong community with people very much like you! We will work on your relationship with food, busting nutrition myths and providing education on what may be best to eat and how best to move according to your personal goals as well as that all important accountability. 

 

I am excited work on a long-term sustainable lifestyle change together rather than quick diet fixes that haven’t worked for you up to now and to find an approach that still allows you to have all of the things that you love while living healthily!
